Can I make a book for a grandchild, niece or a friend’s child?
Yes. You only need a few details about the child. If you choose to upload photos, you’ll be asked to confirm you have permission to use them.
What can I try for free?
Each eligible account can create one story draft, a character set and a standard preview of the opening illustration for one book. Completing the remaining illustrations and downloading the PDF requires a purchase. No card is needed to start.
What size is the printed book?
A square 21.6 × 21.6 cm (8.5 × 8.5 in) case-wrap hardcover. It is printed only after you approve the final proof.
Do I need to upload a photo?
No. You can describe the character instead. If you choose to upload photos, you’ll be asked to confirm permission to use them.
Can I change the story?
Yes. Every book has 32 editable story pages, 16 illustrated spreads and separate front and back covers. Choose from 13 illustration styles before generation begins.
When will the hardcover arrive?
